End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Sorbit

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you, the end-user ("You"), and Sorbit Ltd ("Sorbit", "we", "us"). This EULA governs your use of the Sorbit mobile application and any related updates or services (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. Governing Agreement

The Sorbit service is a comprehensive platform, and your relationship with us is governed primarily by our main Terms of Service. This EULA incorporates our Terms of Service by reference. The Terms of Service contain crucial information about your account, our acceptable use policy, intellectual property rights, and disclaimers. By agreeing to this EULA, you are also agreeing to be bound by our Terms of Service.

In the event of any conflict between this EULA and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

2. License Grant

Sorbit grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes on a single mobile device that you own or control. This license is granted strictly in accordance with the usage rules set forth by the applicable app store provider (e.g., the Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

You may not rent, lease, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App.

3. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal data that we process through your use of the App is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have been made aware of our Privacy Policy.
